Continuous Improvement – Aveva Pi Historian tech and administrator – December 2009 to Present

The Aveva Pi historian utilizes Open Platform Communication (OPC) to deliver live data from equipment to a database.  That data is then used for statistical analysis and controls, KPI’s, reports, and research.

  • Process Optimization – Collaborated with facility process engineer to identify data and design reporting in order to increase efficiency and reduce waste

  • Data Analysis – Reviewed historical data to identify trends and variances

  • Problem-Solving – Diagnosing network and software issues to identify issues with data delivery

  • Project Management – Facilitate conversation to identify key data points in a manufacturing process

  • Technical Documentation - writing procedures to ensure smooth communication start ups

BCF Technologies – CAD Operator – August 2002 to Dec 2007

  • Drew mechanical drawings in AutoCAD and modeled parts in SolidWorks 2006 for fabrication

Special Projects

  • Inventory Initiatives Project - analyzed and mapped inventory processes for several Mohawk facilities.  Traveled and developed contacts throughout Mohawk. Analyzed inventory processes and made recommendations for improvements and implementation of preferred processes.
